I have lived here for 4 yrs. Ammenites are overcrowed. Alcohol is a big focus on everything here. IMO Alcohol is pushed to much by management. The HOA targets people in the community and others are given privileges to do what they want. Rules inside the gates are just a suggestion which include speeding, running stop signs and drunk driving. This place is The Big Lie. Run.

It's a beautiful place to behold and enjoy complete with a pride of lonely cougars in nice cars. I'd love to go on safari there.
