I drove to the shop at 10 am and the computer was down and they don't know when the computer will be back online. I came back 11. the computer was still off. I called at 2 pm and the computer was still down. They told me they can not sell anything until the computer is back on. I need materials to finish the job for today. They need to buy a new computer system.

15 minutes on hold. the guy would pick up the phone just to put me back on hold. while on hold I found what I looking for elsewhere. service, I don't think I can comment about that.
