Perhaps for larger orders theyre great however, I dont think they prioritize smaller orders. I took a directors chair cover into the shop to have it embroidered, it took them SEVERAL weeks to get this one item ready and when I called to check the status weeks later, at first they couldnt find it and after a couple days they called to tell me it was ready for pickup. I picked up the chair cover and realized it was done wrong. I emailed to let them know and was told to bring in another one and they would not charge to embroider it. I had to PURCHASE another chair back which had to be special ordered, pay again for it and take back to have it redone properly. This time after 2 weeks this one item was complete, I went to pickup and it looked very nice, however it was put into a bag that had a wet white substance all over one side of it but I did not know this until I sat the bag on top of my leather handbag! I was so upset that I called to ask first what it was and was told by the person (Teresa or Tina) that gave it to me, she didnt know. After speaking with her for a few mins she said she noticed this all over her hands after. She placed me on hold while inquiring about what it was. She returned to the phone to tell me it was screen printing ink and she did not think it could be cleaned off of my purse. I asked her to have the owner/ management to call me back so I could discuss how to remove this and I NEVER received a call! This was 3 months ago and I have not heard back. Goes to show they dont value their customers if you arent placing large orders. I will NEVER go back to this mom and pop shop ever again. Also the staff could use some professional development classes to help them with diversity its apparent it doesnt exist.

Terrible customer service. We paid our deposit for an order. Arrived to pick it up at the agreed upon time and they didn't have it ready-- turned out they forgot to finalize the order and never made it. Didn't even attempt to fix the order. They could have taken some extra time and completed it but didn't even offer. Find someone else to do custom work for you

They are the best! The only ones who will do custom work for me, my gifts and my business. I have watched them grow and they did because they ROCK! Eric, Jen, Jeff and Katherine are absolutely accommodating and patient when I walk in with a big task or they help me create my vision. I have had many, many gifts done with them, towels, backpacks, baby gifts, clothing, everything! They have made countless items for my business. Custom Express has done so many things for us. My mother uses them for her business for everything. For me I have received many beautiful gifts from here. Monogrammed necklace and countless monogrammed and embroidered clothing and my Converse sneakers even! For my BIG Quinceanera party they made my huge wood monogram for part of my decor and custom made stickers for all of my guest candy bags and gift boxes. Most importantly they embroidered a very special handkerchief for my Dad. A special message from me to him. We love Custom Express! They are awesome!
