Called in on Thu asking for a repair same day or next at the latest. Was assured they could do it no later than next day. No call no show come 3pm next day so called back and was told Monday at the earliest. Very costly to have machine down over the weekend and had other service company that could have came if they were honest with their availability. They were "very sorry" though.
Rude. Dont care about customers. Just tell you itll take 48 hours for someone to come fix an issue. Im sorry but 48 hours doesnt cut it in the restaurant world. No one is going to wait on lost sales. Ridiculous company. DO NOT USE.
