Went today to try and get some new runners. Manager(?) didn't have much time for me, so I waited for the store assistant who was downstairs putting shoes away. Whilst I was waiting, the manager was on the phone complaining loudly. The assistant hadn't returned and I was bored of waiting and listening to the manager complain with me present so I left.
I had an excellent experience here. Their gait analysis tool is really useful. I dealt with Owen who was friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very pleased with my new Brooks Ghost's.
Great store with really friendly staff. Highly recommended!!!
