About a year ago I started searching for personal trainers, as I was pretty comfortable with weight lifting on my own but wanted to start pushing myself with heavier weights and different exercises. I am so glad I found Liam and this gym! I've been doing 1:1 training with Liam for about a year now, and you can tell how much he loves what he does and truly cares about the people he works with. Liam has so much knowledge about training, and offers different variations of exercises that you can also do at home. We switch up the workout routine every 4 weeks, which I appreciate as it allows me to try new exercises and also come back to the old ones to see how much I've progressed. Liam ensures you have the right form while doing the exercises, always checks in on how you're feeling after a session, and most importantly ensures you are having fun and enjoying the workouts. He introduced me to boxing and we've incorporated it into our weekly routine, something I never knew I'd be into! I haven't tried the group classes yet but that's next on my list, as they look like they are a lot of fun and the other trainer, Ed, seems great as well. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to work out that also feels like a community.

I have been going to Impact Fitness’s Functional Strength Training Group Sessions for one year, and I can't say enough good things about it! Liam and Ed are incredibly supportive and encouraging, which has been a game-changer for me in terms of consistency. Their guidance has helped me stay on track with my fitness goals, without any guilt! In terms of health benefits, I'm seeing a noticeable difference. I feel stronger, more energized, and overall just amazing. The workouts are challenging but always unique and functional. The atmosphere is always positive and motivating. Sincere post-workout review! Here's my background. My previous job caused me chronic injuries. I'd been seeing orthopedists, personal trainers, and physical therapists for two years to strengthen my muscles after injuries. These visits and sessions never gave me what I wanted: a visually and physically healthy body without triggering my injuries. They told me my injuries had a long list of restrictions. I lost muscle mass and experienced pain around my injured areas from simple activities. My annual lab report was also concerning. Saddened by what I'd become, I felt depressed. Then I contacted Liam. Liam's background and knowledge in the fitness field have helped him provide me with proper workout techniques and a nutrition plan that strengthen my entire body while working around my injuries. I'm amazed I can do more than a handful of amazing exercises without pain or discomfort. I'm content, no lie! It's been a year with him, not only has my body toned up, but so has my lab report! I love Liam's positive, encouraging attitude as a trainer the most. He supported me every session. Impact Fitness has been an incredible training gym for me! Liam's very welcoming and quick to respond to my inquiries. I've been training with Ed for three months, and it's been a fantastic experience. Ed is an amazing trainer who works at a pace that's challenging but manageable. Since starting, I've noticed significant improvements in my daily life—I feel energized, I feel more confident, and I can now carry my baby around for hours without breaking my back!! Ed’s also quite personable and engaging, which really adds to the overall experience. For the first time, I genuinely look forward to going to the gym:) 10/10 would recommend!

I highly recommend working with Liam & Ed. I’ve been doing 1:1 training with them for 9 months and have seen a difference. They understand my goals and tailored a fitness plan accordingly. They also help with nutrition plans and help me stay accountable. The workouts are varied, challenging, and fun! The gym itself is spacious and has all the equipment you would need. Parking, showers, changing rooms all very helpful too
