Hello E LL, we have a policy of 24 pieces minimum for new embroidery. We explained we did not have the machines at this facility, therefore doing a single piece was not feasible being it had to be delivered to and then picked up from our production facility in Palmetto. If we provided a quote for $200 for a single piece you would have thought that to be absurd. We were honest letting you know this is not something we could do. I apologize if you thought that was not tactful. Based on your logic, we should do all jobs not matter what, even if it is a losing proposition with the hopes of getting a referral. Im not too sure if you are a business owner or not, but that does not seem like a good marketing strategy. Im not really too sure why we received a bad review for being honest just because you weren't happy with our answer.

Very disappointed in the owners tact of service. We were searching for an embroidery of a Christmas stocking for our Newborn. The owner said they would not do just one,,, it had to be more than one because they wouldnt make anything from it! Wow, what about all the referrals and future business we could have provided you. Furthermore he couldnt even be professional enough to provide a quote like most businesses. When searching for embroidery and supporting small businesses we suggest to take your hard earned money elsewhere because this owner doesnt value it.

You get what you ask for, service is excellent. Questions are answered clearly and with respect. Don't be afraid to explain any situations or concerns. They strive to make sure you not only get what you want, but to help with making choices. Bottom line, they care, can't ask for more than that. Customer for life here.
