My wife and I have been getting our glasses at this location for several years. Recently the lens came out of my wife's new glasses which were barely 3 months old. I tightened the tiny screw with a tiny screwdriver and they were fine . A few months later while in a store my wife realized the lens was gone . We immediately called Spare Pair and were told that the cost of a new single lens was more than 240.00. Hard to believe .We asked if there was anything they could do for us on the replacement of this lens considering the glasses were so new. After waiting for and speaking to the manager my wife was told ," your husband shouldn't have tightened the screw , there is nothing we can do for you except offer the lens for 220.00 instead of 240.00 . This is POOR customer relations at best .We will NEVER return to this location .
Dont waste your time if you actually want to be able to see. They take weeks to get you glasses and contacts. They also will not let you have a second copy of your prescription without you having to come in to get it yourself. They will not do anything online and are INCREDIBLY unprofessional as well as rude. I am so happy to have found a new place so that I never have to return to this poor excuse for a vision center.
Had to get a new pair of glasses on Saturday, Cindy was very helpful, patient, and honest with what glasses looked nice on me! If you need new glasses definitely go to Spair Pair and see Cindy.
My whole family has been seeing Dr Collini for eye exams for a little over 15 years I believe. I have always had a great experience from the state of the art equipment used during the exam to having help picking out glasses. But today was over and above with regards to customer service. Melissa helped me go online and retrieve two rebates for my kids contacts which totaled $500. It was a busy Saturday and she went out of her way to help me. After being a customer for so long I thought it was time to share my overall great experiences throughout the years. Incidentally I had gone to another eye doctor for short time who took my insurance
The three stars are because Dr. Lin is great. He is kind, explains everything and answers any questions you may have. The staff on the other hand are unpleasant and unprofessional. Virtually no help in selecting frames and fact like you are bothering them. The guy who adjusts the glasses is extremely miserable. Second time in a few months I needed something adjusted and he says nothing to you and acts like you are bothering him. To the manager/owner of this store, please hire a professional and courteous staff for Dr. Lin
