Our office has had a contract with Benchmark/Visual Edge for several years. It took some time to find our balance but our new representative, Annissa is a lady who gets things done. Our repair man is Art. He arrives on time and can usually have our copier up and running within the hour and does a general servicing/cleaning as well. They are a winning team.
