For after hours convenience and support we provide the ability for customers to leave a recorded message which we respond to at the beginning of each business day. Apparently in this instance the phone was forward to a company cell phone after hours which is not the norm. Per discussion with the Representative, they requested customer to call back the next day during normal business hours to better be able accommodate their inquiry. Thank you for your feedback. Called at 7pm, not knowing they were closed. The guy picked up, asked what I needed and I explained, and just said "call tomorrow sorry". Very rude employee. Already lost my business with them
FieldPrint finger printing and identity management services are provided onsite but not related to Image Plus Ink. Per the Fieldprint Representative, the individual was directed to contact Fieldprint directly via the online portal from which they had originally scheduled their appointment to reschedule a new date/time. All scheduling and rescheduling is handled directly between the individual and the confidential Fieldprint portal.

Review is not for Image Plus but for Fieldprint. Your "Wife" had a appt for Fieldprint and per Covid Protical and instuctions provided and posted, they are only allow to have the potential employee in for the scheduled screening. Please follow posted protical stating only one person limited in office for screening at a time for the safety of staff and applicant. Remenber we are trying to keep people safe during Covid. The tech advised you to wait on you vehicle as is recorded on cameras inside and outside.

Terrible staff. Made us wait outside in the rain when we arrived on time to the appointment. When confronted, she argues that If its raining, its not my fault. How about show some humanity and let the person wait inside?
