Not the best place to work If you are in upper management then you seem to run a much greater risk of being screwed in this company. there seems to be no accountability from the owners on the behavior of the president. Dont expect to get the truth from human resources.
Onset is a fantastic company with excellent customer service! I have had the opportunity to interface with the staff on several occasions and all of my interactions have been positive. The employees that I have interfaced with speak quite highly of the organization. The company even offers "Free Lunch Wednesday" for all employees! What a nice thing to do! Happy Employees=Happy Customers!
Onset is a great company. They make quality data loggers, mostly known as HOBO, at a fair price. Their first data logger was developed in a barn in 1981 on Cape Cod, the company is still private & remains on Cape Cod miles away from the barn. I think they are great because they are developing tools which help people understand what is happening with the environment. Thank you Onset!

Absolute garbage purchasing experience through this company. They have zero record that I placed an order but still charged my card. What's worse is they won't own up to it. Not sure about the quality of the products but as a new customer I won't be coming back.
