My experience with NTTA has been horrible over the past 5 years. I'm constantly sent bills in the mail even though I have an account. When I call in the customer service representative does not sound like they care about helping me at all. Last bill I received I called on and was told I had to pay with a card. I was told one amount before giving my card information and then I was charged a completely different amount. On top of that, I had to disconnect a Bluetooth headset I was calling on in order to provide my card information because the system would take my info through the keypad. This entire company is nothing but a scam taking advantage of customers who try to avoid the heavy traffic in the DFW area. If I didn't have a company that needed to be on jobs within a certain time frame I would completely avoid the toll. Too bad there is construction on every major road going into and out of the DFW area.
Basically, the female attendent at booth 8 was nice and very professional. I actually hate going to these kinds of places, because they get real busy, and people become irritated from waiting, but my transaction was smooth and fast that day. Thanks NTTA
