Hi Kelby, sorry for the misunderstanding- we imprint and embroider apparel: jackets, t-shirts, polos, and tanks to name a few, but not shoes because they are not possible to lay flat in order to run through our screen printing presses or embroidery heads. Please rethink your review- it's unfair for you to give us 1 star, especially since we haven't produced an order for you, nor was your request a service we normally provide. In fact, printing shoes is not a service that most screen printing or embroidery companies will provide.

Website says they do all clothing types. Are converse shoes not considered clothing? Wouldnt even look at what I wanted. Just straight told me no, we dont do that.
