I can't recommend Phil DiRuggiero and the team at Greenline Real Estate highly enough. My wife and I were first-time home buyers, and really didn't know what to expect when we first started our home search. We also weren't entirely sure what we were even looking for or what was possible within our budget, given how competitive the market has been. Phil was incredible. From the very beginning, he walked us through what to expect from the entire process, helped make sense of what we wanted and what we could afford and gave us great advice all along the way. He was patient, responsive, knowledgeable and the best advocate we could have asked for when it came down to offers and negotiations. He's also just a great person to be around, which is honestly so important given how much time you end up spending and relying on your realtor. We've been in our new home for close to a month now and could not be happier. We couldn't have done it without Phil.

Jonathan Bartlett gave me a whole new understanding of what it means to be a real estate agent. He is a teacher, a cheerleader, a walking encyclopedia of housing knowledge, and the most wonderfully, kind and patient person. I worked with him in purchasing my first home. From the very beginning he spent all the time we needed to walk us through the processes and paperwork, answering any and all of our questions. He always made us feel comfortable and fully prepared for whatever came our way in this crazy market. During our home tours, he would point out both the good and bad and was up front when a house might need more work than we were comfortable with. We never felt pressured to put an offer in on a house when we weren’t ready and he always followed our lead. He also has a massive network of DC contractors and experts in their field who he could ask a question if we needed a bit more information about what we were getting into. Beyond just his real estate knowledge, what make Jonathan the best person to work with, is that he knows exactly when to give you the confidence prep talk to go for something and how to encourage you and build you back up when something doesn’t go your way. We started our housing journey right as the DC market went crazy during COVID and definitely had ups and downs as we competed for houses. But Jonathan always helped us put our best foot forward for each offer and put the time in to understand the little things the seller might want that could put our offer over the edge. We felt supported at every step of the way and consider Jonathan not just our agent but he’s now become a trusted friend through this process. From always being willing to see a house no matter how last minute to making you laugh and enjoy what can be a scary process, Jonathan has the local expertise, the personality, and the network to help you succeed. We couldn’t be happier!
