The carpet was dirty. I was charged for parking even when I don't have a car. I booked with breakfast included,but I was charged $25 for breakfast! They said that we passed the limit!!!!

Positive: Everything Security was excellent as well. Negative: Only thing was in the restaurant the waiter took our credit card but he then charged our meal to the room. We found that strange, why ?

We picked this hotel because it offers suites with 2 full bathrooms, which was perfect for 4 ladies on a girls trip. Unfortunately, we will never book here again. Upon checking in, the front desk person asked if we needed the sofa bed made up, which we did. No one came at the time we requested, so I called the front desk and was advised that housekeeping would be notified. We left for dinner and came back to a garbage bag with linens outside of our door. When I called the front desk, I was told that they were short staffed and no one would be there to make up the bed. Unacceptable. The side table in the living room was missing the lamp, so I called about it being dark and needing a lamp. Someone shows up with a light bulb. That's when I realized there's no communication between the front desk and housekeeping. After that, a friend back home ordered a champagne gift basket to make mimosas from a vendor that the hotel recommended. It was supposed to be delivered between 10a-12p. We left the room at 1:30p and the gift basket still hadn't been delivered. The next morning, the cleaning ladies show up and see 4 of us in the room, but they only left 2 hot cup for tea/coffee. So we called the front desk, half an hour later, no cups. So we call housekeeping, another half an hour, no cups. We call housekeeping again and finally get cups. The entire stay was just disappointing.
