DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!! They lure you in by being ski in/ski out which is great, but the customer service could not be worse! We had to store our bags with them on our final day of our stay so that we could go skiing because they said someone was going to be checking into our room after us, and they somehow managed to lose all of our bags!! Not only did they just seemingly disappear, they have been reluctant to do anything to help us get them back. We lost so many of our valuable items, including important medication, and they really just dont seem to care at all. With all the money you have to pay just for the privilege of staying here, it is absolutely not worth it. There are so many amazing other places to stay in Park City, do not pick this one! It is really a shame, because I was enjoying the stay up until then, and people seemed like they would be nice enough to at least help us look into this issue, but they just havent been. Its all very disappointing.

Park City is a very good place for skiing and hiking etc., but this place is not a pleasant place to stay. It is horrible to access to the lifts, internet is free but it isn't working at all, guest service is very poor, it is very hard to reach them and there is not a good communication between them. The rooms are very small and the ventilation of the rooms are not properly designed. There was a very bad mold smell in the hallways, no proper cleaning. In my opinion, This place is equivalent to 1 star hotel. You can find better alternatives with the money that you spend for this hotel.

So it is confusing to find where to go at first as the place is pretty big. The pools are nice and it is close to much of the places you would go to in park city.

Nothing luxury about this experience! Some of the worst customer experience I've encountered. Between loosing our resorvation at check-in and then being left in the cold by their shuttle they really made the high price tag not worth it. Staff seemed consistently confused about what to do and rude. Even a supervisor called to apologize with no offer to reconcile. Just a "sorry we left you in the cold, and we believe our driver not you". After talking to owners around, it sounds like they treat the owners horribly and are just interested in milking profits from rentals for as little effort as possible. Update: To add insult to injury a few days later I've developed a rash that a doctor says is likely from a dirty hot-tub. I've been no where else besides my apartment and this resort.
