Hey Rachel, Thank you for giving us your feedback and Im sorry that your family was not pleased with the design that Bo came up with. As we do not copy designs and other tattoos, the designs that we came up with would be different from the reference image and this is clearly stated during the booking process. Bo was more than happy to work on the design with your in law to come up with something they would like but it seemed that no discussion wanted to be had if it was going to be different. We dont just change an aspect or two of a design so that it is subtly different. We strive to provide original and one of a kind designs for everyone and the artists personal style of art will always reflect in the design. Again Im sorry that this did not work out and we do wish you and your family the best.

Ok so my in law came to get a tattoo done and was visiting from France. We were asked to send a photo of what he was looking to get done before coming in, which we did. When they arrived, the vibe was already a bit rushed and rude, and Bo had done the sketch prior to their arrival without a conversation. It didn't resemble the photo that we had sent in prior and my FIL did not like the style. They were told that they couldn't copy designs, which I get, but then it should be been a discussion about the style prior to ever sketching something. They felt put on the spot and like their questions were an inconvenience and wound up leaving because they were so uncomfortable. Overall, extremely disappointed in this experience and feel sorry for putting my family in this position. In addition, we had to give a 150$ deposit which i guess is out the window. Update based on response: It did not seem like the artist was happy to discuss. They felt annoyance when they asked questions about the style. If this was going to be the case, perhaps the sketch could have been sent in advance so that my FIL, who does not speak a word of English as i informed the shop well in advance, could construct his feedback in an emotionally safe space. Not once in the consultation or after the photo was sent were we were told it would not be done in a similar vein. I obviously respect the artists right to put their own touch but the sketch shown was not representative of the style that was sent.

Having just turned 18 I decided to go to studio 28 to get my first tattoo with Jenny. The reviews on studio 28 seemed great and Jennys images of her work was extremely impressive. However when I got there it was clear she had not looked at the form I had filled out beforehand describing my tattoo. She was extremely rude and did not make my first tattoo a pleasant experience. She was not accommodating when I would ask her to try a different size with the pen and she seemed to be in a rush my entire appointment. While my tattoo turned out pretty good I feel half the experience of getting a tattoo is the service and Jennys service was not the same as the high quality tattoo price I was paying.

Vickie was incredible! She took so much time to make sure my piercings were actually the meaning of perfect after having a pretty terrible experience having them attempted to be re-pierced elsewhere first. She helped upon an initial visit to guide me to what would be a best option for optimal results and was patient when I returned to be sure and be mindful of having had my original holes surgically closed. Will be going back for a third earlobe piercing when my new ones heal!

Hi Savannah, We are an appointment only studio for all services even jewelry purchases. With purchasing jewelry we still need a staff member to help with picking the piece, payment, and sterilization. We were booked with appointments when you called and did not anyone available to help you. Im sorry this did not work with your schedule but it does not warrant a negative review. It is simply the way we have decided to do business so we can properly and attentively help each client that comes to our business.

I tried to stop by just to simply purchase jewelry, as mine had gone missing and I didnt want to spend the day without one in case the piercing closed and it was a no for them. Not without an appointment, literally just to buy a piece of jewelry they didnt even need to actually put into my nose themselves so. Do with that info what you may.
