I made two different orders online and one of them was delivered complete but the other the didnt send me one of the polo shirts but still they charged it. Ive been calling and calling and calling and Nobody answers that phone. Its been almost a month since that and the day the answered they were going to see dit once they have it, but as I said before almost a month and nothing. I want the polo Shirt or my refund back. The store Im talking about is the one at Jensen Beach, Florida.

Glesis Martinez Assistant Manager is rude incompetent and can't even speak fluent english she told me she didn't have time for me when i was asking for help. Please do not waste your time and money at this store and i think this girl that was placed as an assistant manager is a joke she has not customer service ethics. Very poor customer service.
