I absolutely would not recommend Rocket Homes (quicken loans) to ANYONE!!!!!!!! They were able to get me approved for a loan, I found a home and offer was accepted. I went through the ENTIRE process including payment for inspections etc over a matter of 2 months or so. Two days before I was set to close for the second time I received a call saying unfortunately this home doesnt qualify for the loan I was under. Basically said sorry its nothing we can do for you. I was left crying because I had to be out of my apartment in two weeks with two small children and no where to go. Thanks to my WONDERFUL AMAZING realtor and the heaven sent sellers, we were able to go through a new loan company and able to rush everything so that I could close with the same scheduled date. Shout to Southeast mortgage and Agent Fred Curry. Without them and my amazing realtor Lashea Daniels I would be homeless. DO NOT USE ROCKET!!! ZERO STARS

Carlos is horrible realtor . Never responds to phone calls. Were trying to get house , he just cares about money and his commission. Will submit complaint to DBPR office for negligence. Horrible brokerage

Told me my house has not appreciated at all. Sold with someone else for $55,000 more!! Redfin doesn't want to do the work necessary.
