UPDATE Bumped 2 start up as they actually got back to me and invited me back for a fix. Went to cut my hair... (male with short hair) Seemed like a friendly staff which was nice. Hair was cut by the lady who claimed she was a manager. (very nice person) But boy o boy she had no idea how to cut my hair. Basically ended up just shaving my head with the machine and claiming that she just did "shading"... It didn't look good, but I thought that since I go shower and style it will get better, she also told me I can comeback to them so they fix it. Well, after 2 days of struggling with my hair and looking funny I decided to go back and ask them to fix it... I called them, they told me to email them. I emailed them they never got back to me... Later I went to a proper barber and he said not much he could do to fix it... What really made me frustrated is that they told me they will fix it.... Never got back to me...
Had a disastrous experience with my hair colour this afternoon after spending over 5 hours and found out they have overcharged me with the service that they never provided and transaction was without my consent. Fraudulent action which should be prohibited. Very disappointed and a shocking service.
Kevin is quite literally an angel in disguise! I have been in absolute despair about my natural hair and today, he really took all my concerns away. He treated my hair with so much care. He is clearly very experienced with my hair texture and I left loving every bit of the experience. I cannot recommend him enough! I have already booked my next appointment with him!! Can't wait :)
I accidentally made a booking and cancelled it immediately as well as tried contacting them they still charged me.
