One of the worst Manheims I have ever dealt with. I bought a BMW X5 2009 with a 4 grade on the CR. I put th car in PSI with took 5 day just to do and it passed. I sent a trucker to pick up the car. when the car got to us in Hollywood Florida it was running like a tractor with a misfire. I figured its a coil or something small bc they said t Passes PSI. al said and done I brought this car to arbitration in FLL Manheim who check the car and told me that it had over 4k Engine Timing problems. There is not a chance anyone did a PSI on this car in PA Manheim. After calling Manheim PA an speaking to management and Vaughn Good one of the arbitration managers who tried to stiff me with the Junk car it took me over 2 Months to get my money back.. an not fully.. I have probably called over 50 times and still no money back that they owe me.. on top of Mr Good .. one of the worst customer service I have ever met. Perry

This auction does not let you test drive cars. On top of that they only accept vehicles 8-5:30 so if you want to ship a transport truck and he does not come during working hours you are out of luck and you cars sit unattended. It is also impossible to get a good number at this auction, unless of course you are one of the new car stores.
