We are prone to believe this as our Garment Care Specialists carefully inspected the instructions of the care label and the pants were wet cleaned, as stated on the requirements of the care label, at 30 degrees celsius. The manufacturer has asked for the trousers to be shipped to Spain for investigation and potential replacement/refund of the trousers. We were very sorry to hear that you did not confirm the shipping of the trousers and that the issue, therefore, was left unsolved. Once again we wanted to say how sorry we are that this has happened. My wife used this company's on-line service for a pair of expensive trousers to be dry cleaned based on their reputation. They managed to damage them beyond repair and after over month of communication about compensation all they have come up with is a derisory 25 discount off her next dry cleaning bill. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

As far as discolouration, and shrinkage go, this is alarming, especially as we are specialists in cashmere and natural fabrics. We would really appreciate it if you could get in touch with us as we have no record of your complaint or account, and would really like to both learn any lessons, and also see if we can remedy the problem. We have an artisan team of specialist who are often able re-work on a garment free of charge, and look at why the stains were so difficult to remove and if there is anything else we can try. Awful drycleaner, they can't remove the simplest stain and they don't even tell you about it or explain why they couldn't remove it and when confront them they keep telling you we did our best, all my whites became yellowish and my beautiful cashmere all shrank and looks like they've been washed....very disappointed will never ever go back.
I brought my Canada Goose jacket here for dry cleaning. They told me that theyll need to send it to a partner, so it will take longer and cost 50. I eventually got my jacket back after 8 days, and it was in the exact same shape as before with the same stain, almost as if it wasnt cleaned at all. So if youre taking your down jacket to this place get ready to be pay 50, wait more than a week, and end up thoroughly disappointed.
