0 STARS!!! I brought a 2013 Dodge Avenger from this fraudulent misleading place called a dealership in December. Since then Ive had to get a brake caliper, two windshield wipers, two new tires an alternator, and a new key(which cost $250) due to a defect in the one provided by cox auto. Now Im having to spend between $400-$600 for a starter, if thats even the problem. I make my payments on time yet they still refuse to help me in anyway. I even asked about a settlement on the balance to just get it over and done with and their reply was, the only way to settle is if its 120 days past due. Smh seriously.??!! All those good reviews are old. Save yourself and go to another dealership. One thats more reputable and honest. Buyer Beware!!!
The sales man was so very nice n tried so hard to help but the website says they have 87 cars when in fact they had 8. Nothing is what it seems over there
I was in the market for a 2nd car to use to get to and from work. I was promptly greeted by Curtis Hutson. After talking to Curtis and telling him what I was looking for, he showed me the perfect car that met my needs. When speaking with Curtis, it felt like I knew him for a long time. I have been to many dealerships in the past and the professionalism I received from him was impeccable. I look forward to buying next next car from Curtis as well!
Poor communication skills. Don't miss a payment or anything because the first time they will turn ya car off. Service rep sent me a message at 9 called by 930,I have a few words with rep and she turned my car off by 10. First time for everything wouldn't recommended 4 nothing.
