I placed an order for trucker hats, in which I couldn’t get because I had to pay for my logo to get digitized. That’s understandable, completely. I give the details on what size I want the logo to be (4inches by 4inches) to DION or however you spell her name, she told me it takes 2 days for that. I did this on APRIL 28th which means I should’ve gotten my digitized logo and mock on APRIL 30th, I got all of this on MAY 6th. The mock I received was nothing like I requested at all the logo on the mock was 1inch by 1inch. After that I requested to cancel the big order on the trucker hats and to just resend me the EMB file & the DST. I reached out via email & got no response, I called them last Friday MAY 14th they put me on hold for 45mins and hung up on me. I called them again later that day and was told I would received my EMB file & DST on Monday MAY 17th. I continuously checked my email & didn’t receive anything I had to call them & get out of character on the phone for them to send me something I paid for.

I am very sorry you felt this way. I am not sure what your order was but we value all our customers even if you are spending 1.00. I am not looking to justify anyone actions. But give us a opportunity to justify our service for you. Again just to let you know our turn around for all jobs is 5 to 7 business days unless you request a rush service.

I Had something small to be printed. I was planning to use the printing service in February to make a large order depending on the quality of the work and customer service I received. The work took longer than estimated and I didn't receive a phone call about the status of the work being done. I showed up at the store and the items were still not ready. The follwing day I called to check if the item was ready and they were. When I picked up the items the print was not to my liking but I took it anyway. The items were also not folded just thrown in the bag. Maybe if I was spending more than 16$, I might have been treated better.Even when I first came into the store I didn't feel welcome, even though I continued to be friendly and placed my order. The printer or gentleman in the back came out agressively when I was asking questions. Unfriendly, unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Will not recommend or use them again.

This is by far the worst business /company in the Bronx. This company gets less than star. I placed a order with them 2/13/2017. A simple print job, I provided the garments, artwork, and placement for graphics as well. Ken, the manager noted everything I provided him with on my receipt. I even returned two days later to pay my bill in full. Ken asured my order will be ready within 10 business days. Ten business days came and went. On 2/25/2017, I called the shop. Ken informed me that my order will be completed the following Monday or Tuesday. No problem. On the Wednesdays, March 1st I showed up at Custom 101 Print, expecting to pick up my order. Ken informed me that his printer went on vacation (which was none of my concern) so my order was not completed and will be done tomorrow. The own, Anthony gave me back 30% of my order back in cash for this issue. Now I had to call my clients who placed orders and inform them of this issue. Each day afterwards there was a problem with completing my order. March 3rd, Friday morning is here I returned to shop in the shop and order still is done. Once again Ken assured it will be completed by the evening. Before leaving the shop I reminded Ken about the measurement/placememt of the graphics. Again I returned to the shop before closing to find my order have done with the placement of the graphics off. I just left the shop beyond pissed!! Once again I had to inform my clients of this delay. I returned March 6th /Monday and got a full refund of my order. Anthony the own reordered all my garments I provided him with. It's now March 8th, I loss all my orders ($3,500 in total) and I still haven't gotten my garments back from them yet. I tried my best to do business within my community, but this is what happens when you deal with unprofessional small businesses. DO NOT, I REPEAT...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL LOSE BUSINESS $$$$ LIKE I DID. Update...I got my garments back at 9pm, the 8th, delivered by the owner Anthony himself. He had the nerve to thank me for this review...smfh! No..thank you FOR YOUR POOR BUSINESS!!
