I was initially please they had done the big service on my NC750X and sorted out a couple of little issues on the bike that had been there since I had taken delivery of it. Gone to put the bike on charge this evening as Im not going to be using it for a while as Im going away and opened the frunk not charger cable which was fitted to the bike from the beginning. Opened the battery cover not there either. Thankfully I have a spare cable but can I add it to the battery, no and why is that the member of staff has managed to round off the screw on battery terminals. Unfortunately I would like to say this was a one off but unfortunately it is not. I will not use this garage again and I would ask anyone else that is considering using them to seriously reconsider, there is another honda garage in Ruislip which isnt that far away. I had also considered buying another bike from this show room, after these incidents I will avoid them at all costs. Very disappointed with this.
Excellent service from DEZ and staff. But sadly couldn't find a car at our budget. We saw and test drove a Honda Jazz. But Honda doesn't have anything in our budget.

Hey guys went into Honda not having a clue about bikes.I was approached a top guy called frankie who made me feel welcome explained everything as best he can to make me understand.his knowledge of bikes was amazing and the customer service and hospitality was unreal the whole team up there where good guys had a laugh with them also.got my bike with 5 days was spotless and was checked over agin before I left.really happy with the bike and the service would recommend anyone who wants a bike to go see frankie.hes very friendly and a all round good guy.
