The fact that their own staff have to leave positive reviews speaks volumes, see review from a 'NCAT Gemma' which is clearly one Ms Gemma Stamper. Avoid like the plague!

Jared Cochrane was a very calming influence on the whole buying and selling process. Jared was a very calming presence through the whole process of buying and selling. His assurances, availability at any time, even on holidays,his grasp of what was needed at various times all contributed to a very smooth and positive experience for me. Made an appointment to view a house. Emailed to confirm the evening before. Turned up on time. Agent a no show. Called to see why "oh no that sold on Monday. I contacted everyone who had an appointment". Well no, you didn't. I didn't get any message, no voice message, no email, no sms. Nothing. 2 hour drive to see the property and not even a genuine apology, just excuses. And a commitment to forward the communication that was supposedly sent. Guess what. 4 hours later and no evidence of supposed communication.
