I shop here for high end shaving supplies. Not enough places carry these type of products. I try to bring them business to support them for offering uncommon items. Their atmosphere is always nice. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Unfortunately their selection has gotten worse over the years. Their prices are borderline on the steep side as well but not ludicrous.

Kevin our lounge is a members lounge. When you become a member, you will have access from 6am until midnight 365 days a year. Maybe those hours will be more convenient. Sorry you were having a bad day when you came in. We will strive to make your next visit more enjoyable.

Overpriced cigars and they require you to spend a minimum of $25 just to smoke a cigar there! Hours are also not convenient. In Response to the owner: I appreciate you placing value on replying to reviews. I'm not understanding why my last name is necessary to receive feedback "Mr. Response from the owner?" Your assumption that I was having a bad day when I came in is a little out of order. Was having a great day UNTIL I came in. I must say you do have a very nice lounge, and I am aware its reserved for members only, however, just like the jacket, I believe that is a fad. There are plenty of other cigar lounges offering the same amenities without paying a monthly/annual fee (Fidel's, Outlaw). I understand that your intentions might be to limit the availability to a certain type of clientele. Obviously its not me. Maybe a little too optimistic to think that I would be making a return visit after your response.

Staff wasn't nice , more worries about combing each other hair and phone text in front of many cash buyer customer , we all left after being dissed and went to the new Fireside , place smeeld old even had Caine's and adult under wear , totally creepy
