Do not buy Bio Bidet products. I bought a unit which broke down within 5 months at the worse of times. To get fix, you have to mail it in and wait weeks for the unit to be returned to you. I asked for a replacement and I was willing to pay the difference in price. Customer service said no. Cheap and defective products, I will throw it in the garbage where it belongs.

If you are looking to spend 2000 dollars for a toilet that doesnt flush properly and breaks down every 9 months then this is the toilet for you! Oh wait, the IB835 was discontinued probably because it malfunctions so much so you can't get it anymore. It gets better, if you have one and it breaks you are literally s*** out of luck because all customer service does is says, sorry, call back in a couple months, MAYBE we will have your part as it is discontinued. I was willing to buy a new seat but because tgis intergrated, no other seat works. Horrible customer service. I cant speak for any other manufacturers but Biobidet is not good! You would expect that if you spend the extra money you are buying customer service. Not with this company.

I love my BioBidet SlimEdge! My husband purchased two during the Great TP Shortage and both of Our bidets have been working perfectly for two years now! Once you get a bidet, you can never go back to toilet paper again!

Terrible service. Don't offer any solutions for their customers. 2000 dollar toilet system should not have had to be replaced twice in less than 90 days.
