I come here as a last resort to get car parts my mechanic or dealer can't get. Sometimes just for motor oil and small items because they're in the neighborhood. However I don't like coming here. The register staff is gruff and standoffish, their customer service is lousy. EVERY TIME I COME HERE regardless of how many customers are in the store, I have a sizable wait. At times there are 3 or 4 associates doing NOTHING behind the counter and just refuse to come to the register to ring up anyone's items. Many times I see people just put their stuff back and walk out. Some of the staff seem to place priority to customers they know personally or order often. However that shouldn't matter if people are waiting on line. I'm very familiar with the Arch chain and how to purchase, this location is failing at customer service and I ain't think that management cares. I don't experience this on Utica, Atlantic or Hollis branches. What's sad is when it's your own people and culture acting ignorant as well. Iike I said, well stocked parts store, but they can use some much better sales staff, the current members leave much to be desired.
Three guys are just the best Always open always there always have your part. And the staff have been trained. They know where everything is and they really help. And their prices are good Good luck guys
Delivery service was poor I wasn't made aware cash only when called for my order driver came then only accepting cash unfortunately I had no cash so suggested either leave parts or the driver should be equipped to take card purchases Manager instructed parts be returned
