Image Plus is separate than Fieldprint. So this is the wrong place for you post. Sorry that you or your employer didn't put you data in the system properly and at our level here we do not have the attorney to access that area of your information and that is why there are the security checks because they need to verify who you are.

The worst customer service. I had an appt for finger prints and I was sent away due to a technical issue. When I rescheduled and called to confirm there would be no issue, the very rude employee hung up on me twice and had my appt canceled. Do not waste your time and go there. Theyre a complete mess.

David, Image Plus and Field Print are not the same business. Please post to the correct business. As for the phone, the tech. was finishing up on a appt before yours that need to have more details and was on hold with the Main Field Print office. He did not want to make you wait as he was on hold and did your appt as he was on hold.
