My ex wife was using this firm for our divorce in 2019 and 2020. You think I would write a review because I was plowed by them or because they were unfair somehow but I am writing the review because of how she was treated. They did not respond to her and sent useless correspondence and forms to my law firm (I am a retired attorney so am relatively aware of these things). I told her to stop and just let my firm handle it since I was not being billed as much and they were just running up her cost. There were times weeks would go by without any updates and there was no urgency for them to proactively seek her best interest. Sometimes they used wording that to my surprise had more of my best interest in mind as far as alimony/pension, etc. We may not be married anymore but I still do not want to see her get taken advantage of and I feel like that is exactly what they did. They were not mean. They were kind. I was just a little underwhelmed. It appears like they only have a few years under their belt running a firm or they need some additional help and mentorship. There are helpful guides provided by various boards and counsels and I do not know why they went unused or largely underused. I realize it is strange to write a review on behalf of my ex wife, but I think it is appropriate to share a fair experience from "the other side" of the table. Mediocre at best. PS: I have used a familial name to protect confidentiality of my ex wife and her attorneys' privilege as I feel I still have an obligation to do that since she is not the one telling her story. I hope that she will. VRL

0 Zero stars! Terrible customer service. Treated me like I am an idiot, and questioned me about the information I provided. I attempted to talk to the manager, Lisa, about refunding me for services not rendered, and she had no idea what work had even been done on my case! These people never acted like they cared or wanted to help me in any way, so I told them I no longer needed their services.

This law firm was recommended to my husband and I through another attorney. We were hesitant about hiring them at first but Paul Youngblood and his team did and are still doing an outstanding job helping us with our child custody case. We couldn't have hired a better lawyer in the Fort Worth area.

I would not recommend this firm to anyone. They take their sweet time and charge you an arm and a leg for everything. You will feel like you did more work than they do yet you will pay them thousands. It will take more time than it needs to. Im sure there are a lot of better options out there. Again, I had a horrible experience and If I can keep others from the same I want to. Good luck
