Hello Ruth. Im sorry for your long wait. Please have patience as it is still early in the season. This last week we were training several new young staff and everyone was working hard. Every shift has a leader and you are more then welcome to speak with them if there is ever a concern. We also just revamped our procedures to improve on our speed and I hope youll be back and we can earn an improved score from you.

The wait is waaay too long. Went on weekend, there were 4 teenage young ladies working so I dont understand why we waited 1/2 hour w/ only 4 ppl ahead of us. When we ordered 3 girls had disappeared to the back. On-site mgmt is needed.
Unfortunately our 2nd staff member called out sick at the last minute. She was supposed to be there at 3pm so yes, we did have 1 hour today with only 1 staff member. This is NOT normal and has nothing to do with poor management, were still in a pandemic and we arent going to allow any staff member with any symptoms whatsoever to work. Im sorry that you were inconvenienced by a longer than normal weight but safety of my staff and customers comes first. There are now two people working with a third coming in soon.

Who has one person scheduled to take the orders make the orders take the money? Throw in it's one of the hottest days in the last couple of months. Poor Management
Please reach out to us and let us know what time you are referring to. Everything we see online is currently correct but there are some sites that dont update when we do so we always have signs up at our store too. We only change our times for summer and Fall so they are pretty consistent. Im sorry if there was a mistake someplace.

You guys need to update your time. It says you guys close at 10pm, but when I went, you guys were already closed at 9:30.
