We are known for our baked to order warm cookies and highly encourage everyone to order ahead, so we can bake the cookies just for you and have them ready in a box with our signature ribbon. While we feel that our cookies are best enjoyed right out of the oven, we do have cookies available for purchase on a walk-in basis that are cooled to room temperature if you are unable to order ahead - we can warm them up upon request. I normally love their cookies but I'm very disappointed in my experience at this location today. They told me I couldn't purchase cookies because they're only selling dozens for Valentine's Day. Smh it's not even Valentine's Day yet but I guess it's just screw all your walk in customers day

WOW the experience I just had has ensured that I will be a life long Tiffs Customer. I ordered some cookies to be delivered to my old unit at Dell Seton and long story short, couldnt tell if the cookies had made it to their final destination based on the photo of the drop off. I called Tiffs to verify where they were taken, and spoke with Jordan and WOW this woman needs a raise. She gave me the DEFINITION of customer service. I wasnt at all expecting anything other than a verbal conformation that the cookies were dropped off, but instead was given an entire RE-DELIVERY to ensure they make it to my nurses warm and ready to eat. Jordan was so kind and completely exceeded my expectations. She is lovely and I cant wait to continue giving Tiffs my business after this wonderful customer service!

Not sure what the craze is about but these were seriously the most overrated cookies ever. I got multiple flavors so I could compare. The customer service is great so I gave an extra star because of that but the cookies are extremely laughable. I could've bought a PACK of Chips Ahoy cookies for the same price as ONE Tiff's cookie, warmed it up, and I wouldn't have tasted a difference.
