I just had some pool work done to my pool by Aqua Pool and I am really disapointed to say the least. Ron, the guy in charge of the plastering, gave me a really steep price, and I took it thinking that I would receive a really good job. But after it was over, my pool still felt rough, there was lines in the plaster, the tile they laid was crooked. I felt really uneasy, because some of his crew members were staring at my wife and daughter. And after it was over they left trash in my yard and plaster that still will not come out of my deck. Horrible experience!

I have had several poor customer service experiences with this company. I have used Aqua Pool & Patio for 8 months, for pool equipment and pool supplies. However, I did not use their monthly maintenance service, because I decided to take care of my pool myself. I have a saltwater pool. On occasion, I would ask their staff questions about the care of my pool. Their staff reluctantly gave me information and hung up on me. Most recently, they replaced a piece of equipment and when I called to tell them it did not work, they insinuated that I must be causing the problem. After pleading with them that I did not touch the equipment, they finally came and replaced it a second time. When the second replacement part did not work, they returned to discover they had wired it wrong.

Thank you for your review. I apologize that you are having difficulty contacting our company. I am not sure who you are emailing and texting. You stated that you contacted the main office. If you contacted the correct Fort Walton branch you would have been transferred to Bill the Service Manager, who has been with the company for over 30 years. I contacted him today and he immediately pulled up your quote and all of his notes. You did not sign the quote for the heater, which was given at the same time as the quote for the other repairs we did at the time. You stated at that time you did not want to proceed the heater work. Bill emailed the quote to me and it is not signed. Again, I apologize you are having difficulty contacting our Fort Walton store.

I had Aqua Pool and Patio come out previously and do adequate work. Recently, they provided me with quotes for a new pool heater and coping paint a few months back. I signed and returned the quote for the painting via email and called/texted a dozen times leaving voice messages and emails to schedule the work but received no response. I called the main office to schedule the pool heater work and they couldn't locate that quote either. I've never had to go out of my way this much to get a company to take my money, it is ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend them unless you like having your correspondence ignored and dealing with individuals lacking professionalism.
