Horrible experience. I was a member for 11 months. Four trainers quit without notice. Many canceled classes. I was standing for 30 minutes waiting for trainer to show up. Twice I was alcohol bottles around gym. Very unclean. Dont go into bathrooms. When asking for a refund all I heard ask Moe, ask Ryan. Zero accountability. They charge 160 for little classes, very unclean environment. I would also add classes are very limited in time selections.
Let me tell you. I signed up for free class through Facebook in May. Got their they took my ID and card charged me 119. They offered me 8 classes. . I might actually consider joining. Sadly my schedule didn't allow to attend. Charged me 119 for June and July and now September. They have no right to charge without enrollment or actual contract . Talk to Moe. He says Talk to Ray. Talk to Ray he says Moe was new. Unfortunately unprofessional, such bad environment and not clean and not follow covid procedures. Asked to speak with manager no avail. I would not recommend this place. Finally got 2 credits, 2 more pending. His response is to call your bank and file with your bank. Wow. Unprofessional.

I was introduced to this gym about 5 months ago by a friend and I had a great experience so I signed up for about 8 classes. This turned into an unlimited membership because the coaches, training, friendly, and family environment is what keeps me coming back. Great coordinating staff and coaches are there all the time to assist in your needs. This gym has figured out how to relate to all body types and all types of people. I like this because at this location you are here to make yourself better and not compete with everyone else. Thank you to the Class UFC Gym San Antonio for countless hours of great workouts and friendship. Many more to follow.
Update: We did refund the account and apologized for the review. The only payment that was withdrawn was the payment which was past due.

My son cancelled his membership in late September and was told they were going to charge him for ONLY October. He got charged for November and December. My son called in November and was told they would refund his money back to his account. instead he got charged for December. Now thats 2 months they owe him. They blocked his calls so I decided to start calling. 5 times Joe said that the refund would be back in his account, they have it noted in his account that they owe him for two months and still they are giving us the run around. Now they stoled over $200 from his account and are avoiding us both. I have also driven to the location and they were closed. Beware ! If you need to cancel your account. Update: They did not refund any money back into my account like they just mentioned. Also , there wasnt any insufficient funds in October. Joe said they would refund the money back to the account and it never was. Also, no one has contacted me.
