I was pleased with the service and the people were very friendly however I was not very happy with the fact that I was told that my purchase was made in the USA and I could get it quicker and it has taken 7 months. I also never received any kind of receipt showing that I put half down on my purchase.

Wanted quote from them on buying and installing pellet stove they were good on coming to the house to get details said they would have quote to me in couple of days. Harold is non responsive about getting me quotes at all guess they only pick and choose who Marshall's wants to do business with

We are long-time, repeat customers of Marshall's Heating and Air. Whether it was installation, repair or maintenance they have never disappointed. I'd have given them 5 stars except I never give anyone 5 stars, nobody's perfect.

Contacted Marshalls for maintenance on our A/C system, but I was happy to find their maintenance package included both the A/C and the furnace. The technician was very professional. He pointed out some things of concern but didnt pressure us to schedule any repairs. Very happy with the service and would use Marshalls again.

Marshalls installed our heat pump a few years ago and did a fine job. Just today I called them for maintenance. They told me the earliest they could get here was August. I understand that they are busy, as so many are. However, because I wanted service sooner, I asked them who they would recommend as an alternative and they said "Nobody". Really? They're not aware of any other companies in the area? I consider that extremely unprofessional and I'm afraid I won't be using Marshall's again. Too bad. Priority One is coming out tomorrow.
