I have called twice during the holidays to ask about restocks. I spoke with a young man and older women and received the same poor customer service by phone. Not only were they not nice or helpful but they were both almost rude! I understand that these times are busy but there are still ways of saying things without being ride. Kindness goes a long way. I know they don't care but it makes me not even wanna shop there. Merry Christmas!

The staff is very help and friendly. They have a wide selection of steel toe work boots. I can always find what I am looking for.

review date: june 15, 2021 purchase date: may 29, 2021 (amazon online order) after i saw the personalized thank you letter signed off by the owner, i felt compelled to write up a review because it seems that the owner of harrisons workwear (HW) sincerely cares about good customer service. i did an order with harrison's because they had some carhartt work t-shirts that are really hard to find. from mouse-click to reaching my hands, the order took 16 calendar days. typically such an order thru usps in normal times would range from 7-10 calendar daysfrom south carolina to southern ontario, canada. because of covid affecting usps, this delay was not the fault of harrison's. HW to their credit actually shipped out the same day that i punched in the order. the shipping charge was fair relative to what i ordered. once i received the 3 t-shirts, they were in new condition and fit correctly. i am grateful that HW was able to get me the workshirts i was looking for at a very fair price one star gets knocked off for the e-mail communications with the manager. she seemed confused about my shipping questions. fortunately because of my extensive experience dealing with american retailers, i was able to figure out pretty quickly on my own that HW would be able to mail and get my order delivered to a canadian po box address. bottom line: i would use, if not at least look at HW again in the future if i was in the market for work related clothing. i would recommend HW to others as well.
