Displeased with lack of customer service from the owner Joseph Christman. In the process of cutting my trees, Mr. Christman's workers pulled down my neighbor's internet cable, as well as mine. When I discovered what happened I spoke to the workers who said they were not sure what the line was for & hoped it wasn't actually for anything. I informed Mr. Christman of the matter, his response was he couldn't send his guys to put the line back up because they were done working for the week, but suggested I contact my internet service provider. I went three days without my already paid for service, had to wait on hold with my service provider, and left work early to meet with them. After explaining this, Mr. Christman did not offer to compensate me in any way for my loss of time or money. When I pointed out he had taken no ownership & had not even apologized, he mockingly apologized. Furthermore, they left the job half done & although they promise to return to finish it, it is yet another inconvinience & delay. I do not recommend West Coast Tree Company to anyone due to their half completed work, inexperienced workers, zero customer service, and primarily because the owner takes no responsibility for the errors of his employees.

Workers came into my yard without permission, even after I closed the gate to my property. They completely blocked my driveway with their truck, chipper and cut down tree branches. Started hacking away at the portion of tree that was on my side of the property line. Forman was extremely rude! They had no right to enter my yard and their explanation was it was easier to use my yard instead of drag the branches through the yard they were working on. Picture to be posted to Yelp review.

Had to give a one star because zero wasn't an option! This company fuels their trucks at our local gas station where their reckless employees have damaged many vehicles on multiple occasions (it's most obvious their drivers dont know how to tow a trailer), mine being one of the unfortunate. They have been a nightmare to deal with. They refuse to return the calls of my insurance agent. We are lucky to have obtained the video of the occurrence and my truck will be be fixed with me paying out of pocket and soon to be reimbursed once we're done taking them to court. Its unfortunate and irresponsible that a company have such disregard in taking responsibility for the actions of their employees! Such bad business practice for someone who wants to call themselves professionals. I have never seen such lact of professionalism or even just human decency. The owner has been down right rude as well as the driver! So instead of a simple swap of information, I'll see you in court Sir!🫡
