Stay clear. Mattress has collapsed and is literally not usable - their response is that it's my fault and that I should hire a professional to write a report if I want to challenge that decision... Horrible to deal with... 1 star is generous and only given as it is the minimum allowed
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Bed never turned up on the date it was supposed to. I sat all day waiting. I rang customer service, nobody wanted to help. I was passed around about 6 different people. They kept giving me other numbers/transport teams/couriers to call. Was finally told 2 days later that my bed would arrive in another month, which it did. Bed arrived yesterday. Delivery guys left everything in my downstairs hallway. I asked them to bring it upstairs and they said no, it wasn't their job. I am 9 months pregnant and had paid for assembly, as my husband works in England. They didn't care and just left. I rang customer services again. They promised me someone would call me back to arrange an immediate assembly. Surprise surprise, nobody did. A bit of advice, don't bother using Bensons. They have caused me so much stress and I still can't move into my new house as my bed isn't set up and my baby is due in 2 weeks!
