I have a stolen package and it's been proven to have been stolen by UPS and the guy Ryan M at scentsy has informed me that they will NOT refund my money or resend out the package.. was a constulant for almost 7 years but I'm done and won't go back. I don't recommend any of the product it's way pricey and the scents don't last long at all.. glad I'm done. just wish SCENTSY would do the right thing and give me my PACKAGE or MONEY BACK.

Scentsy had grown immensely over the years. I have a friend still working there since it was a small business. Now I see it sold nation wide. I worked in the cafeteria for a short time. The food is excellent made from scratch. I posted a video of the line getting into a Christmas festival. They have a huge flower garden filled with lavender in the summer and lights in the winter.
Wasn't with the product itself it was with the sales rep. When you lie to your customers and not just a customer but a host that held a party for your consultant it is a shame and disgrace that this woman continues to avoid someone that she ow a rewards to. The host has already told this consultant what she wanted as a reward for hosting a online party for her but she ignores it and for a party that was to end before Christmas is still active by the consultant decision not the host decision. It's very unprofessional and makes your company look bad Not been satisfied with the particular woman since I started catching her in lie after lie. Just felt you need to know how some of your customers are being treated Thanks
