Has to be the ABSOLUTE WORSE experience I've ever experienced in working with a Law firm. To say that my accident happened 1/20, and finally settled around 9/21for much less than what I expected. It's now 11/21 and I have NOT RECEIVED MY SETTLEMENT CHECK YET. I call and call and call yet my SO CALLED ATTORNEY refuses to even speak to me, sends me to his assistant / secretary. Who basically tell me the same thing over and over again. Saying that the insurance company has not sent my check as of yet. Injured 1/20 settled around 9/21we're going into 2022 soon. This CANT BE LEGAL AT ALL, furthermore if I haven't received my check THEN THEY HAVEN'T BEEN PAID EITHER..........GO FIGURE ..
