I tried to order bulk barber supplies and they cancelled the order after the shipping address didn't match, which was fine. I tried to correct it and the owner refused to refund me even after the order was cancelled. They are keeping my money and not sending me the items, meaning they stole $800 dollars from me, both customet service and the owner were extremely rude and disrespectful. In the process of pressing charges because this is theft.
