Poor customer service, used to go there or almost 20 years. Not anymore. The contract they want you to sign is unacceptable. I guess that what happens when the children take over the business.
They have been my go-to place for the past 3 years and 5 pairs of prescription glasses. Professional services and quality materials and craftsmanship. They have no problem redoing something if it doesn't work or fit right and the eye exam is probably the best I've had G.
My wife went here with our 12 year old son, who had a stye. Said they were cool, but when we went back for his scheduled follow up, I was completely disappointed. Walked in 5 minutes before our appointment. Was told to sit and wait after checking in. After 15 minutes, I asked what was happening; Oh doc is wrapping with someone else. Meanwhile an elderly couple who asked for the "Oriental" man who used to help them, walked in off the street and got their eye exam immediately. Asked again, 40 minutes after our SCHEDULED appointment, what was going on and was told the Doc was new, hence the delay. Not sure if the new Doc is scheduling appointments as well, but that sounded like BS. I told them flat out we're just going to leave and was basically given a shoulder shrug, like okay whatever. I dig that receptionists are not doctors, but be a little courteous regarding peoples' time. In any case, negative experience to say the least. This place is like a Kardashian; nice and new looking on the outside, but offered nothing of value inside. Thanks- BM
