Rip off merchants. Be careful of these guys. They will constantly try to get you to buy additional services meaning their quoted package is not the real price. During the process of reviewing the files I asked for a minor revision. It wasnt done and then when the final files didnt have the required document they would only do it for us$99. Despite it clearly being asked for before sign off. With that said, the logo design was fine, if a little unimaginable.

They were hired to design and register our logo. They delivered the design but never registered the brand as agreed. We contacted them multiple times, then they requested more money; but when we investigated with IP Australia they didnt ask them for more money at all, and the brand registration was already rejected twice months ago due to the way it was requested from the beggining, which they never notified to us. They are incredible irresposible. Hiring them will be playing russian roulette with your brand.

Worst company I have ever worked with . Really unprofessional and rude customer service. After I gave them exact mock up of my logo , they couldnt put it together and after wasting 3 weeks of my time , I asked for refund which havent receive it yet !!! They dont have office and the phone number is private number . So best option if you want to waste your money , time and ruin your mood talking to Jeff Martin the rude and aggressive project manager.
