I called and spoke with the daughter to confirm that I would receive my daughters school uniforms BEFORE the school year started. They promised me that I would receive it by Sept 8th at the latest (the first day of school). I never received a call from them when my order came in nor any email updates. When I called in late Sept to inquire about my order I was told that there was a bag full of JCCS school clothes sitting in a corner in their office that they had not had the chance to go through and sort yet but part of my order was there (Not sure how long it been there). So I came and picked up the first part of my order. In October, there was still no communication from them when the rest of my order was ready so once again I had to reach out. I called and was told I would receive a call back... nothing. A few days later I received a text message asking what was I missing, I responded to the text message and received no reply. By this time Im understandably irritated so I called the shop the next day to address my concerns about the poor customer service that I was receiving and all I was met with was attitude from the daughter and excuses that they were busy... no apology and that my order was there (again, I dont know how long it been there). I really hope this place customer service gets better because in this small town this is the only place we have to get JCCS uniforms. So unfortunately, I may have to return back next year despite how I was treated and the lack of customer service and communication. I hope they get better and I can leave a better review next year, if I return.
