The hair is fine but I have a slight irritation with their customer service or lack of training. It's bad enough we have to pay state tax on online orders (which wasn't the case back in the day) but they charge state tax, county tax and municipal tax. The hair is being shipped from Baltimore not Chicago. They charged me for Cook county and Chicago Municipal taxes when I don't live in that area and there taxes are higher than the city and county where I live. The customer service person who I spoke to tells me when I ordered online last time I was charged that fee too. Ok great, you ripped me off back in February and I didn't notice...but now I noticed. So she tells me that's just how it charges people when they order from Illinois. God forbid they actually try to care or PUT FORTH EFFORT to fix it. As someone paying for a service, I must be asking too much to not be slightly ripped off. It really makes me want to find another hair vendor or start selling hair myself. Unfortunately when buying hair, prices are jacked up if it's good quality and cheap if it's not. After reading some of the other reviews I'm kinda nervous. I just bought their top of the line hair and I haven't gotten it yet. Some people say it's a hot mess. I will be updating my review once I get it and have in for about a month. Back in February I bought Peruvian her because I got her the year before that was the bomb. The her I got in February was supposed to last up to 2 years. I had it for about 5 months. I never put heat on the hair and the ends started splitting like crazy. I hope I have better luck with this new order.

TERRIBLE experience. Please be mindful when selecting hair. I bought 3 bundles of Brazilian Body Wave 18" 18" and 20" and after installing the hair for ONE day the hair began to be matted and tangled. It also sheds consistently. I do not recommend purchasing from this vendor.

The best hair I've EVER purchased! I purchased 4bundles of Peruvian in February 2014 and here it is January 2016 and my hair is almost just as good as I first got it! The shine and how well it still holds a curl is AMAZING! (The hair is pictured in profile) Customer for life!

Drove an hr only to discover the hours the claim they are open are absolutely false!!! Wasted drive Be lucky if you are able to get ahold of someone on the phone. Huge inconvenience! Definitely wont be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
