Horrible service. Arrived at 4:45, and they tried to say they were closed. Then, continued to try to convince us to come back tomorrow. Should change your name, definitely not "Always buying scrap."

We're very sorry that you had a less than satisfactory experience . The long drive that you make reference to is actually South Briggs Avenue, which is a gravel street . We've been after the City of Durham to pave , or at the very least , maintain the road properly for well over eleven years. We called in a request to have the street graded in October 2020, and after several more requests , it finally got smoothed out on Saturday , 1/16/21 . We share your frustration . We kindly request that you contact the city and express to them your displeasure with the situation , and we promise that we'll continue to work on the situation from our end as well . Thank You .

The service and people working there were courteous and helpful. Good business. The business/work area w as s a bit scary. You have to weigh your options for the fear of picking up a nail or something in your tires. The long entrance is not paved nor graveled and it was full of deep potholes. The return may not be worth the cost of a flat tire.
