If I could give a -0star I would. I own a duplex in North Omaha. The gas & water meter is on one side. There is only a gas meter on the other side. I rented out the side with the gas & water meter. When MUD turned the gas on, the side that only have the gas meter the water went off as soon as MUD left. We called to have MUD check to see why the water went off. A very rude & short tempered guy came out and said the pipes was frozen. I tried to explain my tenant had just gotten out the shower when MUD arrived he would not listen. We call mud to come back out the girl on the phone was very rude told me mud was not coming back out the landlord needed to take care of this. All I wanted mud to do was to come out and check to make sure the water didn't get turned off by mistake. That girl on the phone refused to do so. My tenant had to go 2 days without water because mud didn't want to listen to my concern. I finally went into the basement on my own to check the meter low and behold I found the valve on the meter had been turned off. I turned the valve on and guess what my tenant has water no thanks to mud. I find this very troubling mud would not listen to my concern when all they had to do was check why the water was not working. How many more people have been ignored by mud when all they had to do was listen to my concern. The temperature was colder 2weeks ago than last week and to be told the pipes were frozen when the temperature was in the 30's last week. That guy didn't check the meter but told me the pipes were frozen. What a Shame on mud.

Worst online payment system ever. It's always something. Confusing and frustrating. Now I'm locked out on a weekend. Can't pay my bill and will probably get a late fee. I have never had a problem paying bills online before. Never. Yet with MUD every single time it ends up being a nightmare.

These folks try their best. Im very happy with the service they provide. They try to work around your schedule and little touches like adding grass seed after digging, or wearing shoe protectors when coming in are appreciated! Thanks everyone!
