This service is exceptional. The staff is very eager to help you find what you are looking for. One suggestion that I would have would be that they need more khaki/tan scrubs. I work right down the street at Westside Regional and I have been there multiple time's to buy khaki scrubs and they never have any in stock.
Hi Keisha. I am sorry that you did not get the assistance you were looking for. We pride ourselves in providing the best customer service in the industry. I do remember when you were in our store. As per my conversations with my sales associates as well as my conversation with you today, when you came into our store, you did not say which office you from nor the uniform that you were looking to purchase. As you can imagine, we work with many offices and without the name of the office, our sales associate (who has a large customer following) was working diligently to determine what you needed. I learned today that you do work for an office that our sales representative, Stacy, services. I am sorry that the verbiage, "Stacy sent her" came across in a negative way, it was not directed at you. This has been discussed with both our sales associate and with Stacy so that it does not happen again. Please accept my apologies.

This uniform store is not a bad place to shop if you don't tell them who referred you. One worker really made me feel uncomfortable, she was a short Jamaican lady with blonde hair, all she kept saying to her other co-workers was "Stacy sent her" what's the problem if my uniform Rep. sent my to the location to get my uniform pants, hmmm I don't know if I will go back there or refer any friends or family there. It's sad because there was one nice lady who did try to help!

Recently I went to this store and I experienced the WORST customer service. Upon entering I was not greeted with a hello, in fact my plea for help was returned by an associate that intended to be funny by saying " no this is a self serve, you see those bags on the wall, just fill them with what you need." Humorous no, sarcastic and unapologetic, yes. 5 members on the floor and the one that intended to help me mumbled under her breath when she discovered that the garment I needed might be buried under other product. As the only person in the store waiting to be checked out I waited patiently while the cashier finished her conversation without urgency and a complete disregard to my time. All I can say is, bad news travels farther. I hope I never have to come here again.
