Honestly we went out of our way to assist you, It was technically a last minute rush order so yes it was rushed, we were extremely nice & patient with you and we stayed in constant communication with you the entire time and we have threads to validate this, even allowed you to make changes to your design & color of your shirts 24 hours prior to pick up with no hesitation, with no rush fee, artwork fee, or set up fee, you even thanked us for being so patient with you. As per our previous conversation any and all details were to be sent via email as requested due to several changes being made, we completed your request based on what was asked/sent, as far as sizing we print the standard 12 by 11 unless otherwise stated or requested and verified your items with you prior to you leaving our store, Im sorry if that sizing wasnt to your liking, we tried to resolve this matter and meet in the middle by offering a remake in under 3 hours at an extremely low rate, we even spoke to you and your husband and I assumed we came to an agreement/resolution at that point but unfortunately this is not the case. We hate to lose you as a customer and wish we were able to get this resolved, but we will learn from this and grow from this as a company to better assist our current and future customers, Thanks for your feedback!!

Was highly disappointed with the services. Company told me they could do an order at the last minute and the quality looks rushed. Then when I told them I didn't like it they told me they would fix it but would charge me again but for a lower price. I shouldn't have to pay for something that I dont like. Shirt looks nothing like the picture I sent. Shirt is sloppy and size of the logo is way smaller. Communication was horrible. Would not be doing business with them again..
Im so sorry this occurred, however due to our safety and the uprise in crime this holiday season we typically keep our door locked if we briefly step away from the front or when were in production in the back, nothing personal at all. Its extremely hard to find employees at the moment, even for big businesses so its just my husband and I, The young lady that stepped out was my 16 year old daughter, when she heard you pull at the door she tried to get to you as soon as she could but she said you already walked off, if you knew us personally you would most definitely know my daughter is harmless and the most sweetest girl It wasnt intentional, so sorry for the confusion we hate to lose your business Thanks for your feed back be blessed

**Because of the timely response to my by the owner, and after learning that my interaction during today's visit was with a 16-yr old, I updated it since I was unable to completely remove it. I absolutely understand that children are learning.** Found this place last weekend during a search for a place to get some holiday shirts made and have been looking forward to stopping by today with my designs ever since. I didn't get to speak with anyone about a quote or services due to a misunderstanding, but appreciate the efforts of the young lady who came to the door and tried to assist me. I may call and schedule an appointment to try again. While precautions and adjustments are completely understandable, it might be appropriate to require appointments/consultations by phone or ask for ID prior to store entry so expected service can be received.
